• Superior Dynamic Balance: Each shaft undergoes dynamic balancing correction, with residual unbalance reaching G2.5 grade. This suppresses vibration and noise during high-speed operation (up to 6000r/min) at the source, enhancing the smooth operation of the joint module.
• Excellent Surface Integrity: Key mating surfaces are finely ground or polished, with surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2μm, effectively reducing friction and wear, and minimizing stress concentration to improve fatigue life.
• Flexible Customization: Supports non-standard customization based on customer's harmonic reducer model (e.g., 05, 08, 11, 14, 17, 20, 25, 32 series) and motor interface, including dimensions, keyways, threaded holes, etc..
